Boxing Day Summit Walk to the Great Crystal, with Cake and a Cuppa.

We challenge you to walk off your Christmas dinner with this stunning hike to the heights of the Monks Mountain (Slieau Meanagh) and on to the secret great White Tor quartz rock at Creg Bane, almost certainly revered for thousands of years.

At this very special spot, we will stop and shelter eat some berry reindeer cake and drink some of our gorgeous foraged hot drinks, such as sweet elderberry and rosehip, hawthorn leaf and flower tea or hot spiced apple and pear.

We will bring a stone (small one!) to leave as a gift to the mountain.  This should all help you work off some of those puddings..

We walk a total of 6Km or 4 miles on easy/moderate tracks.  You will need to bring weather proof clothing and boots.

We will meet at the Mountain Box car park near Snaefell on the TT course.
